An application is an expression of interest
It is not a job application. Sending one does not create employment, volunteer, contractor, equity, partnership, agency, fiduciary, mentorship, or confidentiality relationships. There is no guarantee of review, selection, reply, title, pay, visa or relocation support, or future work. If I propose working together, that would require a separate written agreement before any work starts.
Eligibility and honest use
You must be at least 18 and the information must be yours to give. Do not impersonate anyone, interfere with the site, automate applications, or include unlawful, malicious, patient, medical, genetic, biometric, disability, financial, identity-document, third-party, export-controlled, trade-secret, or confidential material. No attachments.
Your words stay yours
You keep ownership of what you write. The proposed permission is limited and non-exclusive: to receive, store, read, and reply to an application for the period stated in the Privacy Notice. That period still needs to be settled before applications can be accepted. I would need separate, specific permission to quote an answer publicly, use it for marketing or research, or use it to train a model.
Do not send an invention or idea expecting confidentiality or intellectual-property protection. If that protection matters, leave it out.
What the site is not
The site is a public concept and evidence record. Nothing on it is medical advice, a diagnosis, treatment, an offer of securities, a clinical claim, or a promise about health, lifespan, funding, or company formation. Links and preserved demonstrations may be incomplete or change.
Law and contact
Governing law and the dispute forum have not been determined. Sending opens only after the responsible operator and relevant applicant jurisdictions have been reviewed. Mandatory rights are not waived by these draft terms.
Contributor and compensation terms remain undecided. An application supplies no work authorization or agreement.
