Reversing neurodegeneration.
Restoring function already lost is the standard I want future evidence to face.

Current public state. No row implies readiness or authorization.
None of this has started. It is the sequence I would follow if the evidence and the people allow it. Nothing is in development.
Medicines before devices, under qualified scientific, clinical, regulatory, safety, legal, and engineering supervision rather than around it.
No indication has been chosen. Patient benefit, safety, evidence quality, consent, access, and governance outrank speed, cost, and prestige.
Reversing lost function and slowing aging are co-equal ambitions. Implantable and cybernetic systems are later possibilities, kept as concept studies until then.
That is my hypothesis. It is falsifiable, it has not been tested here, and nothing on this site is a result.
Restoring function already lost is the standard I want future evidence to face.
Measured in health retained, not years promised. I make no claim about anyone’s lifespan.
