Scientific, engineering, design, operational, legal, and research judgment all count. Evidence of ability matters more than where it was acquired. No discipline is excluded.

There is no role, salary, or contract to offer. Pay, equity, employment status, hours, mentorship, legal structure, intellectual property, and contributor safeguards are all undecided. Any future arrangement would be agreed separately, in writing, before any work. An application creates none of them.
