The current custody status is REJECTED_INELIGIBLE. The PDF linked here is Revision B, a later corrected producer freeze. It never received fresh Independent QA or Integrator acceptance, so no part of it has standing as the R1 architecture or as a build package.

What this artifact was for

The producer explored a conservative, non-biological laboratory bench for synthetic voltages and a passive resistance load. It attempted to document a complete module chain, observation points, inhibit handling, failure states, wiring, physical layout, and an unexecuted verification sequence.

That was the producer’s intent, not an accepted design decision. No component was purchased, assembled, powered, calibrated, or tested.

What the ten sheets contain

Bench chain and signal domains — RB-01 to RB-03: A proposed complete bench system and wiring chain, a power/reference-domain view, and an input-conditioning and acquisition view.
Control, inhibit, and interconnect — RB-04 to RB-06: Local compute/data/control interfaces, output-inhibit and passive-load observation, and proposed connector, terminal, and harness assignments.
Physical and verification views — RB-07 to RB-10: A bench layout with assumed physical envelopes, a test-point and bring-up map, failure and disabled-state logic, and an assembly/service decomposition.

This page deliberately does not reproduce the drawings. Their presence and apparent detail do not convert them into accepted engineering instructions.

Why it is not current authority

Independent QA rejected the earlier exact snapshot with FAIL — CORRECTION AND FRESH QA REQUIRED. Findings covered byte determinism and a source-topology contradiction at P1, plus drawing collisions, stale Science status, incomplete USB/BOM closure, and ambiguous first-load measurement order at P2.

Revision B claims corrections and is labeled CORRECTED PRODUCER FROZEN — PENDING FRESH INDEPENDENT QA AND INTEGRATOR ACCEPTANCE. The disposition record found neither a fresh Independent QA PASS nor Integrator acceptance. Current governance therefore preserves the package as REJECTED_INELIGIBLE, excludes it from landing, and keeps new R1 work deferred.

The accepted Engineering R3 record remains controlling. Components, topology, numerical values, native drawings, purchase, assembly, energization, and physical verification remain blocked.

What it cannot establish or authorize

No accepted part, topology, value, calculation, drawing, wiring assignment, assembly step, verification step, or “selected” label.
No build-ready bench, validated hardware behavior, measurement independence, standards compliance, safety, effectiveness, feasibility, biological validity, novelty, freedom-to-operate, availability, or readiness conclusion.
No component purchase, dependency installation, Backend implementation, assembly, energization, calibration, bring-up, fault injection, or test.
No biological connection, implant work, animal or human work, deployment, publication, or release.
