Executive finding

The source said the real highest-priority blocker was known source correctness, not packaging. Reproduced baseline gates passed, but current source and documentation contained failures in optional-name handling, Worker asset behavior, scientific claim boundaries, and route metadata. Independent QA and clean-archive validation were therefore blocked behind producer corrections.

Control boundary

MF-01 remained a speculative, nonfunctional research concept. The report did not authorize deployment, publication, intake, fabrication, implantation, biological work, clinical work, outreach, account creation, purchases, or release.

• Underlying command logs and reports rather than transferred PASS labels or screenshots alone.
• MF-01 source/public/canonical parity, structural validation, test definitions, and manifest hashes.

All unfamiliar tracked and untracked material was preserved. No reset, clean, deletion, overwrite, broad reformat, dependency change, push, deployment, or publication was performed.

The obsolete main task 019f9a8b-f19d-7473-8a8e-e25df73cab5a duplicated orchestration authority and was archived. No new permanent task was created.

Known contradictions and duplicate-work risks

• Science wording conflicted with a prior Frontend report that treated the boundary as satisfied.
• Passing tests coexisted with known source defects; a green count was not acceptance.
• The route ledger and route metadata disagreed.
• The phrase “not a medical device” created legal-classification risk and needed Legal review.
• DESIGN.md cyberpunk language conflicted with the rejected visual direction and no-green/chroma rule.
• Recruitment language conflicted with locked intake and no-outreach boundaries.
• The Product Design exploratory bench gadget was outside the current release scope.
• Current evidence hashing did not yet bind every required release artifact.

6. Decisions and audit trail

User decision required

While intake remained locked, should the call to action “Apply to build” remain, or should it be replaced with a read-only builder brief? The historical Integrator recommendation was to replace it with a read-only brief until intake, outreach, privacy, and legal gates were explicitly authorized.

Actions dispatched

• Science received SCI-01.
• Backend received BE-01.
• Frontend received FE-01.
• Independent QA was not asked to accept incomplete producer work.

Validation notes

• An initial temporary build omitted a directory change and regenerated ignored workspace dist/.wrangler state; no source, documentation, dependency, or Git state was changed.
• Two tsx IPC probes failed; an equivalent Node loader probe succeeded.
• The first clean copy used the wrong topology; the corrected clean-copy run passed.
• An initial _headers comparison used the wrong path; the corrected comparison was identical.

Closing historical recommendation: REVISION. Release remained unauthorized. The source tree had known correctness failures and required gates remained unobserved.
