Integration Intake Report
CONCEPT STUDY · RESEARCH ONLY · NO HUMAN TESTING · NOT AVAILABLE · NO DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM EXISTS
Historical current recommendation: REVISION. Release remains unauthorized. The source said the tree had known correctness failures and required gates remained unobserved. It covered source-of-truth intake, task-topology reconciliation, and first bounded dispatch.

Executive finding
The source said the real highest-priority blocker was known source correctness, not packaging. Reproduced baseline gates passed, but current source and documentation contained failures in optional-name handling, Worker asset behavior, scientific claim boundaries, and route metadata. Independent QA and clean-archive validation were therefore blocked behind producer corrections.
Control boundary
MF-01 remained a speculative, nonfunctional research concept. The report did not authorize deployment, publication, intake, fabrication, implantation, biological work, clinical work, outreach, account creation, purchases, or release.
Round outcome
- One obsolete duplicate orchestration task was archived.
- Three ownership-correct correction packages were dispatched: Science, Backend, and Frontend.
- No product source or governing document was edited during the intake.
- The PDF was a reporting artifact created after the intake at the user’s request.

Duplicate control
The obsolete main task 019f9a8b-f19d-7473-8a8e-e25df73cab5a duplicated orchestration authority and was archived. No new permanent task was created.
| Owner | Primary scope | Overlap risk / control |
|---|---|---|
| Integrator | HANDOFF.md; cross-lane contracts; final reconciliation | Must not silently implement lane-owned fixes. |
| Product Design | docs/design-comps/**; blueprint deliverables | Science/Legal review required for claim-bearing copy. |
| Science | docs/science/**; sources; claim boundaries | Frontend must consume approved wording, not rewrite it. |
| Frontend | Site UI, routes, styles, accessibility, public assets | Do not modify backend APIs or science source docs. |
| Backend | APIs, Worker/runtime, privacy and security controls | Coordinate response contracts with Frontend tests. |
| Business | docs/roadmap/**; prepared commercial work | No outreach, applications, recruitment, or provider mail. |
| QA | Read-only independent reproduction and rejection findings | May not fix reviewed work or approve its own changes. |
| Legal | Regulatory, legal, and ethics review | Must not convert descriptive wording into classification claims. |
| Brand | Narrative and recruitment copy | Must respect locked intake and scientific/legal boundaries. |

| Science claim boundary | FAIL | Current wording exceeded the conservative speculative/nonfunctional boundary. |
| Route metadata | FAIL | Seven routes had stale or conflicting metadata. |

Source page 5 of 7 · transferred claims
4. Verified state versus transferred claims
| Transferred claim | Disposition | Current observation |
|---|---|---|
| Typecheck, lint, and build succeeded | VERIFIED | Reproduced; corrected clean-copy build passed. |
| 99 tests pass | VERIFIED / INCOMPLETE | 99 passed, but the suite did not detect known API, Worker, science, or metadata defects. |
| Five targeted MF-01 tests | STALE | Current targeted subset was 10. |
| Browser and performance matrices are complete | CONTRADICTORY | Stored evidence did not establish whole-site current-tree acceptance. |
| 3D validation and asset parity | VERIFIED | Structure, geometry, size, and 30-file parity were observed. |
| Release evidence is complete | FALSE | Immutable producer/QA evidence, clean archive, extraction reruns, and final visual acceptance were missing. |
| Release is ready | FALSE | Known source failures remained; verdict stayed REVISION. |
Known contradictions and duplicate-work risks
- Science wording conflicted with a prior Frontend report that treated the boundary as satisfied.
- Passing tests coexisted with known source defects; a green count was not acceptance.
- The route ledger and route metadata disagreed.
- The phrase “not a medical device” created legal-classification risk and needed Legal review.
DESIGN.mdcyberpunk language conflicted with the rejected visual direction and no-green/chroma rule.- Recruitment language conflicted with locked intake and no-outreach boundaries.
- The Product Design exploratory bench gadget was outside the current release scope.
- Current evidence hashing did not yet bind every required release artifact.
Source page 6 of 7 · master plan
5. Dependency-ordered master plan
| Order | Work | Acceptance gate |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Producer-owned corrections | Science, Backend, and Frontend return bounded diffs plus unique evidence. |
| 2 | Integrator inspection | Every returned file and underlying log inspected; no ownership drift. |
| 3 | Independent QA reproduction | QA reruns each corrected gate without editing producer files. |
| 4 | Integrated validation matrix | Typecheck, lint, clean build, tests, browser, performance, 3D, parity, privacy, and accessibility gates all current. |
| 5 | Evidence and manifest reconciliation | Hashes, indexes, route ledger, and evidence inventory agree with the accepted tree. |
| 6 | Secret-free archive | Archive created without secrets or volatile build state. |
| 7 | Clean extraction rerun | Every required gate passes from the extracted archive; final renders inspected. |
| 8 | HANDOFF and verdict | Only verified facts recorded; release verdict issued from immutable evidence. |
Next three bounded work packages
| Package | Owner | Scope | Immutable evidence directory |
|---|---|---|---|
SCI-01 | Science | Correct claim boundaries and sources; no site or roadmap edits. | novel-biotech-science-20260811T210423Z-sci01 |
BE-01 | Backend | Correct optional-name and Worker asset contracts; add focused regression evidence. | novel-biotech-backend-20260811T210423Z-be01 |
FE-01 | Frontend | Correct seven route metadata failures; provide route-level validation evidence. | novel-biotech-frontend-20260811T210423Z-fe01 |
Explicit non-goals
No lane could deploy, publish, push, contact people, send applications, create accounts, spend money, install dependencies, fabricate, implant, begin biological/animal/human work, revive the rejected Kimi direction, restore green/chroma styling, or represent Observatory work as Novel Biotech research.
Source page 7 of 7 · decisions and audit trail
6. Decisions and audit trail
User decision required
While intake remained locked, should the call to action “Apply to build” remain, or should it be replaced with a read-only builder brief? The historical Integrator recommendation was to replace it with a read-only brief until intake, outreach, privacy, and legal gates were explicitly authorized.
Actions dispatched
- Science received
SCI-01. - Backend received
BE-01. - Frontend received
FE-01. - Independent QA was not asked to accept incomplete producer work.
| Category | Observed change |
|---|---|
| Product/source/governing docs | None during intake. |
| Codex task state | Obsolete duplicate main task archived; three bounded assignments dispatched. |
| External systems | No deployment, publication, push, outreach, account, payment, or provider action. |
| Temporary validation | Clean-copy and build checks used temporary directories under /private/tmp. |
| Report artifact | The PDF was generated after intake at the user’s request. |
Validation notes
- An initial temporary build omitted a directory change and regenerated ignored workspace
dist/.wranglerstate; no source, documentation, dependency, or Git state was changed. - Two tsx IPC probes failed; an equivalent Node loader probe succeeded.
- The first clean copy used the wrong topology; the corrected clean-copy run passed.
- An initial
_headerscomparison used the wrong path; the corrected comparison was identical.
Closing historical recommendation: REVISION. Release remained unauthorized. The source tree had known correctness failures and required gates remained unobserved.
